Where do I find the year-round care schedule for my sod type?

This page is the universal baseline for the first 30 days.

What’s the difference between a workmanship warranty and a manufacturer warranty?

Workmanship covers the quality of installation performed by our team (when applicable).

Manufacturer covers the product/material itself (when applicable) and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Coverage can vary by product type (especially for turf).

How soon should I report a problem after the job is done?

Please report issues as soon as possible.

Visible installation/workmanship issues should be reported within 48 hours of completion so we can correct qualifying issues at no cost when they apply. For sod installs, this 48-hour window is part of the sod installation guarantee.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Send photos and a short description as soon as possible. We review and respond with next steps.

We then provide a close-out summary: what was repaired, what is excluded, or what requires a change order.

What are the most common things warranties do NOT cover?

Common exclusions include: not following care instructions, watering/irrigation failures, pet damage/heavy traffic/misuse, chemicals/herbicides not applied per guidance, poor sunlight/shade limits (when relevant), extreme weather/acts of nature, third-party work after completion, and pre-existing conditions discovered mid-job.

What does the sod warranty cover (in plain English)?

48-hour installation guarantee: If you notice problems like gaps or large dead areas, notify us within 48 hours and we fix qualifying issues at no charge.

30-day limited warranty: If small patches don’t take root, we replace up to 90 sq ft per pallet installed, one time only, as long as you follow watering/care instructions, have working sprinklers or water regularly, and report within 30 days with photos.

Not covered includes damage from not watering, pets, kids, poor sunlight, chemicals, or extreme weather.

What if fixing the issue requires extra work outside the original scope?

If the fix requires added scope (work not included in the signed estimate/agreement), it may require a change order and updated Square documents.

How long does artificial turf installation take?

Most residential turf installs are completed in 1–3 days after site prep is complete.
Timing depends on square footage, excavation, edging, and seam complexity.
