No. We do not guarantee “no more flooding” or “perfect drainage.”
Drainage work improves conditions and reduces pooling/erosion in normal rain events where feasible, but extreme storms, soil conditions (like heavy clay), and discharge limitations can still overwhelm systems.

You can run mulch straight to the lawn, but it almost always bleeds out into the grass over time. Edging gives you a clear line to maintain and keeps mulch or rock where it belongs.

No. Edging can help guide and control material, but it won’t fix a yard that slopes toward the house or holds water. For that, you may need Drainage Installation or Yard grading / resloping in addition to your bed work.

Some dogs try. Strong perimeter securement, proper edging, and correct infill depth help reduce lift and digging at seams and edges.

The standard drainage workmanship warranty is 1 year from the installation completion date shown on the final invoice. It applies only to drainage installation work performed by San Antonio Landscaping Services and included in the approved written scope.

Reminder: Visible installation defects/workmanship issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion for correction at no cost. After 48 hours, issues are handled under warranty terms.

No. Weather events and “acts of nature” are not workmanship defects.
If remediation is needed after an extreme event, it may require a new scope and quote.

We are not responsible for:
- Shallow or invisible private lines
- Homeowner-installed wiring/lines (including low-voltage lighting wire, irrigation wiring, and similar private lines)
- Unknown septic systems
Please disclose any known private lines or septic systems before the project starts.

No. We arrange 811 marking only when it is necessary, based on 811 recommendations for the work being performed.
Even with marking, some private lines may not be marked.
