Here are a few quick answers about how this page works and what to expect after you fill out the form.

Yes. You can provide your own stamped engineered plan, or we can use our engineering partners (preferred for coordination and communication).

The homeowner is responsible for watering and care after installation.

A working irrigation method is required (sprinkler system or consistent manual watering). If irrigation is not functioning, it must be addressed immediately to avoid sod failure.

In the first 1–2 weeks, some color variation and visible seams can be normal while sod establishes.

Report anything that looks like a visible installation issue (gaps, large dead areas, pieces shifted, or sod not making soil contact) within 48 hours with photos.

Only mow after the sod is rooted enough to resist lifting.

Use a gentle “tug test”: if a corner lifts easily, wait longer. Once it resists lifting, mowing is generally safer.

Address it immediately to avoid sod failure.

If the issue is project-caused and irrigation was confirmed working before work, repair responsibility is handled under our damage boundaries.

If it is a pre-existing issue or unrelated to the work area, it may require separate repair and/or a change order.

Send wide and close-up photos plus a short description as soon as possible.

  • Include the date/time when possible.
  • Note where it is in the yard (front/back/side; near driveway/fence, etc.).

Workmanship covers the quality of installation performed by our team (when applicable).

Manufacturer covers the product/material itself (when applicable) and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Coverage can vary by product type (especially for turf).

Please report issues as soon as possible.

Visible installation/workmanship issues should be reported within 48 hours of completion so we can correct qualifying issues at no cost when they apply. For sod installs, this 48-hour window is part of the sod installation guarantee.

Send photos and a short description as soon as possible. We review and respond with next steps.
