Common exclusions include: not following care instructions, watering/irrigation failures, pet damage/heavy traffic/misuse, chemicals/herbicides not applied per guidance, poor sunlight/shade limits (when relevant), extreme weather/acts of nature, third-party work after completion, and pre-existing conditions discovered mid-job.

48-hour installation guarantee: If you notice problems like gaps or large dead areas, notify us within 48 hours and we fix qualifying issues at no charge.
30-day limited warranty: If small patches don’t take root, we replace up to 90 sq ft per pallet installed, one time only, as long as you follow watering/care instructions, have working sprinklers or water regularly, and report within 30 days with photos.
Not covered includes damage from not watering, pets, kids, poor sunlight, chemicals, or extreme weather.

If the fix requires added scope (work not included in the signed estimate/agreement), it may require a change order and updated Square documents.
