The standard drainage workmanship warranty is 1 year from the installation completion date shown on the final invoice. It applies only to drainage installation work performed by San Antonio Landscaping Services and included in the approved written scope.

Reminder: Visible installation defects/workmanship issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion for correction at no cost. After 48 hours, issues are handled under warranty terms.

No. Weather events and “acts of nature” are not workmanship defects.
If remediation is needed after an extreme event, it may require a new scope and quote.

We are not responsible for:
- Shallow or invisible private lines
- Homeowner-installed wiring/lines (including low-voltage lighting wire, irrigation wiring, and similar private lines)
- Unknown septic systems
Please disclose any known private lines or septic systems before the project starts.

No. We arrange 811 marking only when it is necessary, based on 811 recommendations for the work being performed.
Even with marking, some private lines may not be marked.

No. Pre-existing irrigation issues discovered mid-job are excluded.
If additional irrigation work is needed beyond what the project impacts, it may require a change order. See Change Orders & Scope Policy.

If irrigation is confirmed working before work and our crew breaks it, we repair it the same day when possible or schedule a return visit.
Repairs are limited to work-area/project-impacted components. Pre-existing issues discovered mid-job are excluded.
