Artificial Turf Installation Warranty Program
This warranty applies to all artificial turf installations completed by San Antonio Landscaping Services on or after the installation completion date shown on the final invoice. It covers residential and commercial installations performed by our team.
Our Warranty Commitment
San Antonio Landscaping Services stands behind the workmanship and turf products we install. Every artificial turf installation includes a 2-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty provided by San Antonio Landscaping Services and a Manufacturer Turf Warranty of up to 15 years, depending on turf model and manufacturer terms.
Warranty terms for each specific project are confirmed on the final invoice and in the manufacturer documentation provided at completion.
Standard Workmanship Warranty
The standard workmanship warranty runs for 2 years from the installation completion date.
Covered workmanship items include seam separation or lifting from installation defects, perimeter edge lifting from installation defects, base settlement directly caused by installation defects, and wrinkling or buckling from improper installation methods.
San Antonio Landscaping Services will promptly inspect reported issues and repair covered workmanship defects at no charge during the warranty period.
Workmanship Warranty Exclusions
The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow the Care & Maintenance Guide.
It also does not cover damage from pets, pests, rodents, wildlife, acts of nature, subgrade or soil movement not caused by our installation, third-party work after installation, burns, stains, surface damage, normal wear and tear, matting from furniture or heavy objects, infill displacement, weed growth at seams or edges, improper cleaning, non-approved cleaners, excessive power brooming, or non-approved equipment.
Manufacturer Turf Warranty
The manufacturer turf warranty may cover defects in materials, premature fiber degradation under normal use, and excessive UV fading beyond normal tolerance.
Manufacturer warranties typically cover materials only. Labor for removal or reinstallation is not included unless stated in the manufacturer’s warranty. All manufacturer claims are subject to manufacturer inspection and approval. San Antonio Landscaping Services will help document and submit the claim, but final decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow the Care & Maintenance Guide, use only approved cleaners and tools, avoid open flames, hot objects, and harsh chemicals, maintain proper drainage and prevent flooding of the turf area, avoid driving or parking on non-vehicular turf, and contact San Antonio Landscaping Services before authorizing third-party work that may disturb turf, base, edging, or seams.
Reasonable proof of maintenance, such as photos or receipts for professional cleaning, may be requested before a claim is approved.
How to File a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact San Antonio Landscaping Services by phone at (210) 625-6438 or by email at [email protected].
Please provide your name and property address, the installation completion date from your invoice, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description that includes any recent events or maintenance performed.
San Antonio Landscaping Services will acknowledge the claim and schedule an inspection. Photos may be enough for simple issues. If covered, we will arrange repair or begin the manufacturer claim process. If not covered, we can provide a repair estimate.
If a reported issue is found not to be covered under this warranty, a service call fee may apply. The fee will be disclosed before scheduling work.
Limits, Conditions, and Exclusions
Remedies for workmanship claims are limited to repair or correction of the covered defect. San Antonio Landscaping Services is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or property damage. Total liability will never exceed the original installation price paid by the customer.
Color, texture, and sheen may vary between production batches, and replacement sections may not match exactly. Warranties are non-transferable unless stated otherwise on the invoice. Warranty coverage begins on the installation completion date, and coverage is suspended if the customer’s account is not current. San Antonio Landscaping Services reserves the right to determine whether a defect is covered under the workmanship warranty.
What to Expect Over Time
Over time, artificial turf may experience minor infill redistribution, light sheen changes or matting in high-traffic zones, occasional weeds at edges, and normal expansion or contraction with temperature changes. Occasional grooming, brushing, and spot treatments may be required.
Documentation Provided at Completion
At completion, customers receive a final invoice showing the installation date and turf model, a Care & Maintenance Guide, and the manufacturer product data sheet and warranty summary.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the county where the installation was performed. Mediation or arbitration may be required before court proceedings.
