Here are a few quick answers about how this page works and what to expect after you fill out the form.

Estimates are scheduled Monday through Friday during regular business hours, based on availability.

We plan site visits carefully to make sure each evaluation is done properly and without rushing.

Limiting estimates to weekdays allows us to coordinate our team, vendors, and project schedules efficiently and ensures you receive accurate recommendations rather than quick walk‑throughs.

If a project only requires measurements or photos, you may not need to be home for the visit. If your situation requires an in‑person consultation, we’ll work with you to schedule a time during our available weekday hours.

No. All estimates and consultations are scheduled Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

This allows us to properly staff evaluations, involve the right team members when needed, and maintain consistent project planning. Evening and weekend appointments often lead to rushed assessments or incomplete information, which is not how we operate.

If you’re unable to be home during the day, many projects can still move forward using photos, measurements, or site visits that don’t require you to be present.

If an in‑person discussion is necessary, we’ll let you know so you can plan accordingly.

Most projects are scheduled about one to three weeks out, depending on the scope of work, material availability, and current demand.

Smaller or more straightforward projects can often be scheduled sooner, while larger or more complex installations may require additional planning time.

Once your estimate is approved and the deposit is received, we coordinate with our vendors and project team to confirm availability and lock in a start date.

We work efficiently and do our best to keep timelines moving, but we don’t overbook or rush projects. Our focus is on completing each job properly and on schedule.

The cost of a landscaping project depends on several factors, and no two properties are exactly the same.

Pricing is influenced by the area size, the type of work, material selection, site conditions, and overall project complexity.

Factors such as drainage issues, access to the work area, existing landscape conditions, and required preparation can also affect the final cost.

Labor requirements, material availability, and the level of planning or troubleshooting needed are all considered when we build an estimate.

That’s why accurate pricing often requires asking questions, reviewing photos, or completing a site evaluation rather than relying on flat pricing.

Our goal is to price projects based on what’s actually required to do the work correctly—not shortcuts that lead to problems later.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to schedule your project and reserve materials and labor.

Once your quote and service agreement are approved, the deposit allows us to secure materials with our vendors, coordinate scheduling with the project manager, and set a firm start date.

Projects are scheduled after the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.

Deposits can be paid online for convenience. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, we can arrange to drop it off at our office or have it collected during a scheduled visit.

This process helps ensure projects are properly planned and prevents last‑minute changes that can disrupt scheduling.

If the full scope of work doesn’t fit your budget right now, we’ll talk through options before moving forward.

In many cases, projects can be broken into phases so the most important work is handled first, with additional phases scheduled later when you’re ready.

This approach allows the project to start with a clear plan, avoids redoing work, and keeps everything consistent as the same team continues the job over time.

We’ll also use our experience to help prioritize what should be done first to prevent future issues or added costs. If a phased approach doesn’t make sense for the project, we’ll be upfront about that as well.

Our goal is to find a realistic path forward—not to push work that doesn’t make sense for your property or your budget.

Yes. We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded.

This means your property is protected, our team is covered while work is performed, and the project is handled by a legitimate, professional business—not an unprotected or temporary operation. If something unexpected happens, proper coverage is in place.

We believe this is a basic requirement when working on someone’s home, and we’re happy to provide verification upon request.

All work is completed by our own in‑house crews, not rotating subcontractors.

This allows us to maintain consistent standards, clear communication, and accountability on every project. Our crews are familiar with our process, expectations, and quality requirements, which helps projects run smoothly and stay on schedule.

Having in‑house teams also means there’s a clear point of responsibility throughout the project—from planning through completion—rather than multiple parties involved.

Yes. The same core team handles your project from start to completion.

Keeping the same team involved ensures consistency, clear communication, and a better understanding of the original plan. It also reduces mistakes, re‑explaining details, or changes in expectations mid‑project.

If a project requires additional support or coordination, it’s managed internally so everything stays aligned with the original scope and timeline. You won’t be passed around or left guessing who’s responsible for the work.
